Girls’ School trip to Hamburg in 1955

Miss Magnus, the German teacher at the Girls’ School, married the languages teacher at the Boys’ School Keith Banner and during a sort out recently discovered the handwritten diaries of the Girls’ School trip to Hamburg in 1955.
They are both in their 90’s but Keith has typed out the diaries.
It is hoped to scan and display the originals when time allows, as the handwriting is beautiful.
